A thriving organisation like Groundwork requires a lot of behind the scenes support: from finance, administration and marketing, through to ICT and network support. As a charitable organisation though we always strive to keep our overhead costs to a minimum, thus enabling us to direct as much funding as possible directly to our projects. We achieve this in two ways, firstly, by setting up efficient and robust systems, and, secondly, by employing dedicated and professional staff!
