Join our friendly team of volunteers to help carry out environmental improvements to various sites in Matlock.Choose how often you want to be involved (weekly half day activities) and work at your own pace. Activities include planting trees and bulbs, hedgerow laying, creating wildlife habitats, clearing up grot spots establishing wild flowers, clearing scrub and enhancing entranceways. Training, materials, protective clothing and equipment are provided. A great way to meet new people, get active and learn new skills. This project is delivered by Groundwork in partnership with Matlock Town Council.

Sessions are 9:30am to 12:00 noon on thursdays with occasional weekend sessions.

Projects are always ongoing so you can join at any time.
