ROOM BOOKINGS
We have high quality rentable spaces spaces available at both our Bridge Centre (Langley Mill) and Toolbox (Somercotes) premises. Whether your requirements are for activities, conferencing, consultation, teaching, training, or meeting, then we have the ideal room resource for you.
All our premises are fully wireless-enabled; allowing broadband access to the internet. We can also offer a full catering service to meet your requirements.

GROUNDWORK TOOLBOX:
Classroom
A comfortable classroom/meeting space, with integral slide screen. Suitable for up to 12 people.

Conference Room
A high quality conferencing facility, with room for up to 20 delegates. Includes integral projector, with sound system and large screen.

Conservatory
A pleasant, light and airy space, ideal for informal meetings, or lessons. Suitable for up to 16 delegates.

ICT Suite
This comprises a suite of 11PCs, all hooked up to broadband internet. Since we installed this network, all of the units have undergone a programme of ongoing upgrades. Software includes Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, Macromedia Studio, Adobe Photoshop CS and Adobe Illustrator CS. The main 'tutor PC' is also hooked up to the room's integral projector.

Information, Advice & Guidance Office
This is a small confidential office, with full internet access, private phone line, PC and printer. Ideal for quiet working, or confidential interviews. This room is free for charitable and community-based organisations, who provide services to the community.

THE BRIDGE CENTRE :
Community Room
This is a multi-purpose space, ideal for many different uses. Washing facilities within the room make it just as usable for arts-based activities as it is for a small conference, class or meeting. This bright and airy space has full-length windows along one side and is equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort whatever the season. The room can be furnished to suit your needs. Suitable for around 20 people max (seated).

Advice Room
A private and calming meeting room. Ideal for consultations and interviews, where a little quiet and confidentiality is required. Can accommodate up to 4 people in comfort.

Main Hall
Originally a ballroom in the grand old style. This large hall has a sprung floor and integral licensed bar. The hall can be used for many purposes and be furnished according to your specific needs. Can accommodate up to 200 people.
