heritage projects
Heritage can mean many different things to many different people. Here at Groundwork Derby & Derbyshire we work right across the scale to help to promote, interpret and engage people in their cultural, natural and industrial heritage.
Working with local interest groups to help run up strategies and bids to support their local heritage, or acting as a contractor to produce high-quality bespoke visitor experience and interpretation materials, Groundwork Derby & Derbyshire can offer a full range of professional support and services.
For individuals, groups and organisations wishing help to promote and fund their local heritage, please contact Gill Forrester on 01773 535 232, or email her here.

HERITAGE PRODUCTS & SERVICES
Printed Media; Signs & Leaflets
We have a long established reputation for producing high-quality interpretation panels and leaflets; designed to both educate, inform and enhance visitor experience.
Our on-site interpretation panels can be made to virtually any specification and are produced out of the most vandal-resistant material currently available. Panels can be made free-standing, or attached to an existing feature, they can also be integrated into almost any structure, such as seating or visitor shelters, for example.
Leaflets can also be produced directly to your needs and specifications. Just as with interpretation panels, our in-house graphic designer will work directly with the customer, or heritage group, to create orignal designs that will exactly match the needs of any given site. We can also provide extra design services such as photography for your site and map design services.
Video & Audio Exhibits
Many heritage sites today have embraced the 'digital revolution' and are using video and audio to enhance visitor experience. This might include mobile audio commentaries, or film presentations. With the facilities and expertise provided by our Creative Media Team, we can offer a range of products and, most importantly, professional advice.
